Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48-24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, no show, or show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment our policy will be enforced.
Credit card needs to be on file to book the appointments. 50% of scheduled appointment cost will be charged if the appointment is cancel past the 24 hours; 100% charge for no shows.
We do understand that sometimes life happens; however, we reserve the rights to refuse service if you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time. You always have the option to reschedule without a cost.
